AYSEN TAHMAZ
After graduation from Ankara University Chemical Engineering department, I gained experience in different sectors such as vitrified ceramics and paint. Then I entered the pharmaceutical industry in 1997 and I gained experience in registration and price and reimbursement in the sector for more than 20 years.
After leaving Sandoz İlaç in July 2015; together with Ayça Buz we fulfilled our dream and established ASA İlaç.
During this process, we had the opportunity to work with many companies and shared our experiences in new areas.
Aysen Tahmaz
AYÇA BUZ
After graduation from Istanbul University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ayça Buz entered the pharmaceutical sector in 1996 as Product Manager at Abfar İlaç San ve Tic. A.Ş. while also completing her PhD education at the same faculty.
In 2002, she joined İlsan İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (later Sandoz) in the Regulatory Affairs Department and worked at various levels.
Continuing to work in the industry for more than 20 years, Ayça Buz aimed to share her industry experiences with her business partners by launching ASA İlaç with Aysen Tahmaz in 2015.

EBRU DİKMEN
Ebru Dikmen, who graduated from the Chemistry Department of Middle East Technical University, has nearly 20 years of industry experience and has been involved in various levels of the Quality Unit within Sandoz İlaç between 2001 and 2019.
After working as Quality Control and Quality Assurance Manager in production facilities affiliated with Sandoz for many years, she worked as Sandoz Country Quality Manager in her last 2 years in the company.
As of the beginning of 2019, she has been affiliated to ASA İlaç as Quality Management System Consultant and GMP Auditor.
Throughout her professional career, she actively worked as a Quality Manager in many health authorities’ and provide quality service to their business partners based on mutual trust.

Ebru Dikmen
BELMA TEKNECİ
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Istanbul University, Belma Tekneci completed her master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Toxicology at Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy. Since 2008, she has been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist in local and global companies with different product portfolios. Since 2017, she has continued her professional career as a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager.
As of 2020, she has joined Asa İlaç and together with her highly experienced team mates, she has adopted the principle of continuous development to meet the needs of the sector and changing dynamics.
